The foundation for the workshops is our signature career development approach, A New Way to Think About Work®. It serves as the framework for the attitude, awareness, knowledge, and essential clinical skills for Career Advisors/Case Managers for their role as agents of change. In these two sessions, career advisors will understand how A New Way to Think About Work® and the theories and exercises that support it are relevant to their career development and apply it to themselves in order to best facilitate coaching others.
